phone cards with the best service and resell them to you. If you have a billing or rate
question on the card you purchased, please call the customer service number of the service
provider of the card in your e-mail order. That number is the customer service number for
the carrier that provides service on that card and has access to call detailed records
(CDR) and billing records.
